Hayley Smallman

As Corporate Partnerships Manager at Woodlands Hospice, I have the privilege of working with businesses and community partners who share our passion for making a difference. My role is all about building meaningful relationships, creating opportunities for people to get involved, and helping to raise the vital funds needed to support our work. What I love most about my role is connecting people with a cause that has such a genuine impact on local families. Whether it's through fundraising events, sponsorships, volunteering opportunities or long-term partnerships, no two days are ever the same, and every conversation has the potential to make a real difference.

I'm passionate about bringing people together and showing businesses how their support can change lives. Seeing companies, colleagues and communities unite behind Woodlands Hospice is incredibly rewarding, and I'm proud to play a small part in helping ensure our support is there for those who need it most.

Being part of the Woodlands team means so much to me. The compassion, kindness and dedication shown every day is truly inspiring, and it's a privilege to work alongside such amazing colleagues, supporters and partners who help make a difference across our community.
